HOW IT WORKS (BASIC)
A Three-Month Plan for Leadership Development
You will work one-on-one with a certified coach to discover and explore the details behind your attitude as a leader, receive coaching around these findings and learn what you need to do differently to become a more effective leader.
To help you improve your ATTITUDE as a leader, your coach will ask you to:
Participate in a 60- to 90-minute Discovery Session that lays the groundwork for the process and what you can expect
Answer questions to complete the online Energy Leadership Index assessment
Briefly review your personal Energy Leadership Index report, which reveals your attitude toward yourself, others, your job and the world
Attend the 60-minute debrief about the report, including a deep dive on the seven levels of energy and your personal summary, so you can learn to shift your own energy and the energy of those around you
Decide where and how you want to improve based on this assessment
Participate in ten one-to-one coaching sessions so you can grow as a leader
Make commitments to yourself
Do the work you discover you need to do along the way
Your coach will hold you accountable, and you will hold yourself accountable.
Through this process, your attitude as a leader will improve. Many clients choose to continue one-to-one coaching during monthly sessions with their coach.
