Lois Elrich, PCC

Lois Elrich knows firsthand that coaching will change your life.
“Before I discovered coaching, I didn’t realize my own way of thinking was flawed,” she says. “My internal dialogue was not serving me well.”
So Lois decided to do some serious work on herself. Working with a coach, she took a close look at her own behaviors. She was honest. And she began to address her own situation.
Soon, she began making progress. And over time, she changed her life.
“Our behaviors often make sense to us, but to people on the outside, they often make no sense at all,” Lois says. “All of us need someone to help us think through what we’re going through so we can discover what’s getting in the way of real change.”
Lois is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is the founder and president of Real Change, LLC in Dayton, Ohio, which she owns and operates, impacting numerous individuals and organizations. Additionally, as president and co-founder of Solid Blend Technologies, she has led the company to recognition as Healthiest Employer and Best Place to Work.
Lois was the Lead Coach for Aileron and was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing Aileron’s leadership coaches. She also assisted in creating and facilitating Aileron’s “Becoming a More Conscious Leader” program. Its services help business leaders implement professional management to build sustainable businesses.
Lois serves as ministry lead for the Covenant Creators Mentoring program for Women in Christian leadership. Her responsibilities encompass program design, mentor recruitment, and facilitating mentor/mentee pairings. Lois is a multifaceted author, entrepreneur, leadership coach, speaker, and facilitator.
Lois finds joy in family, travel, reading, and staying active, embodying the profound impact of personal development. She attributes her success to Jesus Christ, finding strength in and embracing Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
